INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 200g Casciotta di Urbino DOP
- 8 Cherry tomatoes (or 2 normal ones)
- Black Olives
- Green Olives
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Anchovies Fillets
- 1 small onion (possibly a red one)
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Balsamic Vinnegar
- Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION (Just in case you don’t know how to make salads!)
Wash the vegetables and cut them in order to mix them together with olives and anchovies fillets.
Cut the Casciotta di Urbino DOP in slices or small squares.
Last but not least: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper as dressing (dose according to your personal choice)
