Tipicità is an event that is the well-established for the promotion of Made in Marche excellences involving all the Vocational Schools for Tourism and Hotel Management or Catering in the Marche together with farmers’ custodians of biodiversity and that will celebrate his final act in the Academy of Tipicità 2016. The initiative, entitled “Biodiversity in the kitchen”, was planned by Assam in collaboration with the Marche Region. The theme will be: “Vegetables, the meat of the future. The three-day “Tipicità”, takes place in March in Fermo. Fermo, an ancient Roman colony, then lady of castles and city of studies, is now the capital city of important manufacturing districts. The Roman pools, the cathedral, the Renaissance square, the theatre “dell’Aquila” tell their long and noble history.
